The unique open rib design and precise process ensure the formation of oil wedge between the roller ends & the ribs. The oil wedge ensures the rollers are rolling entirely in a non-loading area, which avoids the increasing temperature caused by sliding friction.
The stress between the raceway and rollers can be distributed uniformly by optimizing roller design, raceway design, and adopting distinguished logarithmic curves process. Longer bearing life can achieved.
The pressure oil film is formed between the rollers and raceway by taking advantage of nature physics and precise control of the roller, raceway, and rib. The bearing life can reach infinite life when the rated load is 8 times of equivalent load. It is marked O-LIFE in the suffix of product.
The unique cage design and the unique structure guided by rollers keep the rollers running only in one direction so that the bearings can adapt to the working condition of high speed and high vibration. The bearings have higher load capacity than the previous design.
Advanced Finite Element Technology has been used to approve design, analyzing the bearing damage, durability speculation, and contact points. This is also capable in calculating the loads distribution and contact stress, static and dynamic loads ability, and life of bearings.
